When you contact us about hosting your retreat, please include the following:

Planning Notes
Parking at the Center is limited, and groups of 25 or moreare required to have a carpool plan in place. Pre-assigning rooms and planning arrival logistics in advance can help your retreat begin smoothly.
A final guarantee of attendance is required no less than five business days prior to your retreat. Please allow adequate time for planning, communication with participants, and final confirmations.
